Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $49 or more.
- A flat standard rate applies to US orders under $49 and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Most US orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout. During the holiday season carriers experience higher volumes, so we recommend ordering early.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
