30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love your order. If you are not completely happy, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number and a short description (photos help). We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Personalized items (such as initial stockings) can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund – no need to return the item.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are processed for shipping.
