Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping rates
- FREE standard shipping on all orders of $49 or more.
- Orders under $49: a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after your order ships. During peak holiday season, please allow a few extra days and order early for Christmas gifts.
Order tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link.
Multiple packages
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and you will receive tracking for each.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, or tracking shows no movement for 10 days, contact us and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always do our best to help.
